Achieving ketosis

Ketosis is a metabolic state that initiated when our body starts to use fat as an alternate fuel source in the absence of carbohydrates. In the process, triglycerides become exhausted and turn into fatty acid. We achieve this state when we put a limit on carbohydrate consumption. Fat consumption matters less in achieving this state.
